Our Technological Infrastructure

In addition to analyzing its customers’ requirements and providing them with customized software solutions and packet services, TEMPO also develops projects jointly with its customers. For the in-house projects that it develops, its highly proficient software team applies the principles of SOLID (Single responsibility, Open-closed, Liskov substitution, Interface segregation and Dependency inversion) and uses OOP (Object-Oriented Programming).

During software development, TEMPO uses AGILE, which is globally regarded as the fastest and most secure project development method/approach and is able to fulfill its customers’ requirements through the utilization of a flexible architecture.

All of the software development services have architecture which supports ISO 27001 processes.

TEMPO has satellite locations and uses MPLS L3 Metro Ethernet closed circuit technology to connect all of its locations. This infrastructure minimalizes any security risks.

To safeguard against the negative consequences of possible major disasters, TEMPO utilizes a backup system for all of its active network hardware and datacenter components.

It uses voice infrastructure (SIP&PRI) services from different UMTH operators and ensures redundancy regardless of the operator.

All of our locations include officially certified and approved logging solutions in compliance with Law No. 5651 and other security principles.

TEMPO uses the new generation business intelligence platform centralized reporting product qlikview and provides its customers with flexible reporting solutions in compliance with their needs. TEMPO’s monitoring and reporting teams at all of its satellite locations provide customers with services in accordance with their requirements.

All of TEMPO’s locations are equipped with 24/7 cameras, special keycard entrances and turnstile systems.

Our computer system rooms have been constructed according to 27001 Data Security Standards and are monitored through a control system which issues SMS and email alarms that utilize a three phase network for humidity, heat and flooding.

All of our locations are equipped with UPS and generators in order to prevent any interruption in services.
